It sucks… that I can’t give this 10 stars instead 💔 not only is Carlos probably one of the best bosses ever along with his helpful employees 12 hours round the clock, I probably ate some of the best short ribs and mashers in my life and that’s coming from a family from the south. Ignore every other restaurant in the area (with the exception of Maine Catch) and come straight here!
